E- Campus Placement Drive Of Asahi India Glass Private Limited

                               Three Students of GJUST placed in Gurugram based company

          Three students of Guru Jambheshwar University of Science & Technology, Hisar have been selected in the E-Campus Placement Drive of Gurugram based Asahi India Glass organized by Training & Placement Cell of the University. Prof. Tankeshwar Kumar, Vice-Chancellor and Prof. Avnesh Verma, Registrar of the University congratulated the selected students.

          Pratap Singh, Director Placement told that Asahi India Glass Limited, known as AIS, is a glass solutions and manufacturing company in India. It was established in 1984. It manufactures automotive safety glass, float glass, architectural processed glass, and glass products. AIS has four operating business units including AIS Automotive Glass, AIS Architectural Glass (Float and Glass Solutions), AIS Consumer Glass (Auto Services - AIM, AIA & WE and Glass Xpert), AIS Solar Glass. The company have five major plants at Bawal, Taloja, Roorkee, Chennai, Gujarat and 4 assembly units across India.          

Director Placement told that Thirteen B.Tech. Mechanical students of 2021 passing out batch participated in this E-Campus drive, after an online test followed by the technical interview three students got selected.  He expressed thanks Ms. Riya Jaiswal Corporate HR Team of Asahi India Glass for conducting the drive. He also thanked Prof. Pankaj Khatak, Chairperson, Department of Mechanical Engineering, Mr. Jagdeep Chauhan, Training Placement Coordinator of the department for guiding and motivating the students.

          Dr. Aditya Vir Singh, Assistant Director told that the selected students are Devraj Chauhan, Saurav Khatan and Jayant from B.Tech. Mechanical 2021 batch passing out.
