Online Industrial Training cum internship through ESCI (Hyderabad)

          Training and Placement Cell of Guru Jambheshwar University of Science and Technology, Hisar in collaboration with Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya Innovation & Incubation Centre has started three Online Internship-cum-Training programmes, each of one month duration. The trainers from reputed Engineering Staff College of India located in Hyderabad will be imparting training to 2nd & 3rd Year students of B.Tech. CSE, IT, ECE & EE courses on trending topics like "AI using Python", "IOT Data Analytics" & "Web Development using MEAN stack".

          An online Inauguration function was organised in this regard, in which Vice-Chancellor Prof. Tankeshwar Kumar was the Chief Guest.  Prof. Dharminder Kumar (Director, PDUIIC) and Prof. Saroj, Dean, Faculty of Engineering Technology were the guest of honour.  Pratap Singh, Director Placement presided over the function. Dr. G. Rameshwar Rao, Director, ESCI, Mr. Syed Asgar, Head, IT  Department, ESCI and trainers Shreekant, Mohan, Fais & Moinuddin from ESCI & Mr. Jai Bhagwan, Deputy Director, PDUIIC also graced the occasion. 

          While addressing to the students Chief Guest Prof. Tankeshwar Kumar underlined the essence of upskilling especially in this pandemic time. He told that these types of trainings being imparted by the University to students express the proactive approach of University towards employability enhancement of its students. Prof. Dharminder Kumar told that PDUIIC has always been supporting such types of training programs to make the students think and develop innovative projects using latest technologies. Prof. Saroj appealed all the students to make full usage of this training and develop some good projects. Dr. G Rameshar Rao of ESCI told that ESCI has been imparting such type of training to budding engineers all over the country.

          Pratap Singh, Director Placement told that 121 students of B.Tech CSE, IT, ECE & EE have enrolled for these one month long training programmes. He told that this programme is one more milestone towards our commitment of providing maximum training & placement opportunities to students, even in this pandemic time. 

          The vote of thanks was proposed by Dr. Aditya Vir Singh, Assistant Director Training & Placement Cell. He also introduced the student’s coordinators Ashish Sheoran, Daksh, Prakash for "IOT Data Analytics" Programme ; Arvind, Sugandha, Lalita for "AI using Python" Programme and Jaideep, Pranjali & Shubham for "Web Development using MEAN Stack" programme. The student Pranjali anchored the event.
