9-Days Soft Skill Development Training Programme for Final Year students passing out in 2022 in partnership with Rubicon Skill Development Pvt Ltd

  GJUST organized Soft Skill Development Training Programme

          The Training and Placement Cell of Guru Jambheshwar University of Science and Technology, Hisar organized a nine days Soft Skill Development Training programme in collaboration with Rubicon Skills Development Pvt. Ltd.  A total of 701 final year students from various departments of the University completed this exhaustive Soft Skill Training Programme. Prof. Baldev Raj Kamboj, Vice Chancellor and Prof. Avnesh Verma, Registrar congratulated the students for completing this training programme and wished that this training would help them towards enhancement of their employability.

          Partap Singh, Director Placement told that Rubicon’s “Lifeskills” programme is supported by Barclays and aims at improving the employability skills of the youth. He told that all the final year registered students were divided in 10 batches and were trained on topics like Organizational Structure, Public Speaking, Presentation Skills, E-mail Etiquette, Grooming, Group Discussion & Personal Interview skills. Miss  Rupali, Miss Rinki, Mr.Yash, Mr. Kalyan, Miss Shilpi, Mr. Ravindra were  the experts from Rubicon Skills Development Pvt. Ltd., who imparted online training to students. He told that a similar programme for Haryana School of Business students was conducted in June month, in which 220 students of 2022 passing batch had participated.  

          Director Placement thanked to officers Dipika Vyas and Pooja Sone from Rubicon Skill Development Ltd. for organization of this programme. He also expressed thanks towards all chairpersons and training placement coordinators of all departments for their support.

          Dr. Aditya Vir Singh, Assistant Director told that this programme was coordinated by Ragahv Saini of B.Tech 4th Year with cooperation of batch coordinators Yash Dua, Nikita Yadav, Pratibha, Arvind Sandhu, Deepanshu, Nitya Chugh, Vaishali Singal, Animesh, Jaideep Panchal, Annu, Anmol Tyagi, Vaishali Chauhan, Ramagiri Rakesh, Naveen Sansanwal, Sagar Mishra, Sourabh Rathore, Ashish, Nikita Koul, Rupali Thakur, Vidhi Hans, Ajay, Akansha, Shubham, Chirag Garg, Mradul Mishra and Rakshandha Yadav.
