    UDBHAVANA talk show conducted for GJUST students

          The Training and Placement Cell of Guru Jambheshwar University of Science and Technology, Hisar organized a talk show under its UDBHAVANA programme with Ms. Nikita Tayal serving as Investment Banking Analyst in JP Morgan, Bombay. Around 100 students attended this online programme. Partap Singh, Director Placement said that such talk-shows are organized to motivate and guide the students about future career perspectives. Shalini Sharma, Udbhavana Coordinator and Team hosted the Talk show. Dr. Aditya Vir Singh, Assistant Director presided over the function.

          The keynote speaker Ms. Nikita shared her journey from Government College Hisar to Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, Delhi to JP Morgans. She mentioned how her Academic scores, participation in extra-curricular activities, sports, NSS, NCC and Debates brought success in career. She also discussed various scholarship programmes offered by Aditya Birla Group and Jindal group in addition to education loan facilities for getting admission in top institutions for MBA.

          Ms. Nikita shared that top companies like JP Morgans, while recruiting management trainees, expect qualities like Commercial awareness or business acumen, Effective Communication, Teamwork, Negotiation and persuasion, Problem solving, Leadership & entrepreneurial skills in them. Ms. Nikita Tayal suggested the best way to succeed is self-study by using plenty of study materials available on online platforms.
