One Week AICTE sponsored Faculty Development Program on "Skill Development for Employability and Entrepreneurship" concluded by T&P Cell.

 One Week Faculty Development Program conducted by T&P Cell in sponsorship of AICTE on the topic "Skill Development for Employability and Entrepreneurship" has concluded successfully. Prof. Avnesh Verma was the chief guest of the Valedictory Session of FDP.  He congratulated Director(Placement) Partap Singh, FDP Coordinator Prof. Sandeep Arya, Program Coordinator Dr. Aditya Vir Singh for designing and successfully conducting the Program. While addressing to participants, Prof. Avnesh Verma underlined that participants should incorporate the knowledge and wisdom gained through various sessions of this FDP into their lives so that they may grow excellently in personal as well as professional field. He also appealed to students to shape their innovative ideas into small projects and then enterprises to initiate some good startups. FDP participants also shared their experiences of FDP and told that multiple sessions of FDP have proved very beneficial for them for their professional success.

Program Coordinator Dr. Aditya Vir Singh informed that 60 faculty members & 140 students of various colleges & universities were enrolled in the program. He further said that 18 Sessions have been conducted in this workshop on Entrepreneurship and Employability. FDP program was inaugurated by GJUS&T & CCSHAU Vice Chancellor Prof. B.R. Kamboj & SVSU Palwal & JCBUST Faridabad Vice CHancellor Sh. Raj Nehru. On the Entrepreneurship front, Expert Speakers like Puneet Raman (Founder & Director of Prowisdom Growth Pvt Ltd), Dr. Gauri Prahu (Head, Startup Cell of AISSMS Institute of Management Pune), Entrepreneur Rupender Khaira, Dr. Chitra Prakash (Chief Mentor of Chanakya Creatures), Entrepreneur Mr. Jagat Jeet SIngh & Entrepreneur Mr. Om Puran & Ms. Manisha Mani (CEO, ABIC, CCSHAU) spoke on various aspects of Entrepreneurship such as Fundamentals of Entrepreneurship, Idea Conceptualization and Entrepreneurial Mindset, Success stories of famous Startups, Risk Management in startups,  Financial Supporting Options for Startups, Marketing & Social Media Management for Startups and avenues of Agribusiness Entrepreneurship.

Similarly on Employability Front, Experts like Mr. Nitin Goel (CEO Repozitory Technologies), Ms. Reena Yadav(GM Sales & Mktng, Sai Com Codes Flexoprint Pvt Ltd), , Mr. Pankaj Chaudhary(Director TIME Hisar), Ms. Manjula Sularia(CEO of The Transformers Value Creators), Dr. Dinesh Nagpal (Director, Career Compass), Mr. Sagar Amalani (CEO, Zapro Consultants) , Dr. Shaeel Nidhi Tripathi from Tecnia Institute of Advanced Studies, New Delhi, Mr. Rituraj Kaushil from Coding Ninja & Mr. Pankaj Asija (Founder Director of PSEL)  motivated and oriented the audience on topics like Corporate Structure and Expectations from Freshers, Life Skills, Aptitude Skills, Communication & Presentation Skills, Resume Writing Skills, LinkedIn Usage , GD Skills,  Personal Interview Skills and Professional Excellence. On the last day , Dr. B. Venkat Director(AICTE) made the students aware about various aspects of National Education Policy 2020. One Session on the Last day was taken by Mr. Mohit, TPO from NIT KKR  on best Training & Placement Strategies to be adopted by students and institutions.

Director(Placement) Partap Singh expressed thanks to all speakers, FDP Coordinator Prof.  Sandeep Arya and also all department heads for motivating their students to participate in the FDP.

Volunteers like Tushar, Gopal Tripathi, Stuti, Nikita, Ritik, Rakshandha, Sachn, Nishant in leadership of Student Program Coordinator Nitya Chugh coordinated the program effectively.
