Fourth Idea Pitching Competition TALASH held by E-Club of T&P Cell

The Entrepreneurship club under the Training and Placement Cell of Guru Jambheshwar university of science and technology, Hisar conducted its fourth Idea Pitching Competition named as TALAASH. Mr.Dharmveer,Head of Startup Accelerator and Ekarma and Mr Amit, Marketing Manager of E Karma were judges of the event. Director(Placement) Partap Singh presided over the function. More than 50 students were present in the offline program. Vice Chancellor Prof. B.R. Kamboj & Registrar Prf. Avnesh VErma congratulated the E-Club for this program. The programme started with the welcome speech of Dr Aditya vir Singh , Assistant Director of T&P Cell, GJUS&T Hisar. He introduced the objective of the Entrepreneurship club and the importance of Entrepreneurship skills for the upcoming generation. 

In the program, Various innovative ideas were presented by the participants. The idea of helping the students in counselling through collegemitra app was presented by Aaditya Ranjan from BTech (CSE).  Similarly, Ideas of virtual visit to the pilgrimage in India ,providing platform to Micro and Small Enterprises, developing device to help the army and other forces from explosion, Helping the students to select  their future courses through an app, advertisement through hologram, developing Kalakriti studio in which local artist  can perform their activities in front of people were presented by Akash Tiwari from BTech (CSE), Yogender Sharma from BTech (IT); Annu from B.Tech (ECE); Rahul from B.Sc (Data Science);Rakesh Jha from BTech (IT) and Sudhanshu from BTech (CSE) respectively.

Addressing the students, Director (Placement) Mr. Partap Singh shared that students need to develop the attitude of finding the solutions to the problems around us and that is the key of entrepreneurship. He said that events like Talash are to develop this  solution-oriented thinking culture amongst university students. Guest of the event cum Judge Mr. Dharmveer motivated the students for their efforts. He stated that failures are never final and great ideas always have a lot of  scope of improvement as compared to previous ones. The club mentor Dr Sardul sir declared the  results along with a vote of thanks to the guests. Rakesh jha stood first, Aditya and Sudhanshu were declared second and third position was won by Rahul .

Yogita anchored the program. E-club co-coordinator Rahul Chauhan conducted the event successfully along with the E-Club team members.
