E- Campus Placement Asahi India Glass Limited


 Five Students of GJUST placed in Faridabad-based “Asahi India Glass Ltd.”

            Five students of Guru Jambheshwar University of Science & Technology, Hisar have been selected in the E-Campus Placement Drive of Faridabad-Based “Asahi India Glass Ltd.”, organized by the Training & Placement Cell of the University. Prof. Baldev Raj Kamboj, Vice-Chancellor, and Prof. Avnesh Verma, Registrar of the University congratulated the selected students.

            Pratap Singh, Director of Placement said that Asahi India Glass Limited, known as AIS, is a glass solution and manufacturing company in India. It was established in 1984. It manufactures automotive safety glass, float glass, architectural processed glass, and glass products. AIS has the four operating business units & five major plants at the Bawal, Taloja, Roorkee, Chennai & Gujarat.

Director Placements thanked Ms. Prakriti Maurya HR Manager, Asahi India Glass for conducting the E Campus Placement Drive. He also congratulated Chairpersons of concerned Departments, respectively along with the Training Placement Coordinator for guiding and motivating the student. Around 46 students from B.Tech ME, EE, Civil, ECE, CSE & B.Tech IT departments participated in the E-Campus drive. After an online technical test, followed by two online technical interviews and an HR interview, five students got selected.

Dr. Aditya Vir Singh, Assistant Director said that Rohit Kumar from B.Tech ECE, Vaibhav Khattar from B.Tech EE, Aman Mishra,  Bhawan Singh Negi, & Akshay Kumar from B. Tech ME 2022 passing out were selected.
