Beginning of 1 Weeks Offline Employability Enhancement Training Program with Nandi Foundation

 One Week Employability Skill Training Program under Mahindra Pride Classroom Module for 2023 Passing Out Girls Students

The Training & Placement Cell of Guru Jambheshwar University of Science & Technology, Hisar started a one week  Offline  Employbility Skill Training Program for passing out girls students in 2023 in partnership with Naandi Foundation (Execution partner of  CSR Programs of Mahindra & Mahindra group). 150 students from different courses enrolled in this training program. Vice Chancellor Prof. B. R. Kamboj & Registrar Dr. Avnish Verma congratulated to the Director of T&P Cell, Pratap Malik and  Assistant Director, Mr. Aditya Veer Singh and to the entire team for this initiative and appealed to all participants to avail this opportunity for their employability enhancement.

Director of Training and Placement Cell, Mr. Pratap Malik told that this training program is organized to equip all the final year girl students for placement drives scheduled for academic year 2022-2023, so that maximum students are able to crack the interview process and get employment. He told that Mahindra Pride Classroom’s vision is “To mainstream  female youth, through the process of skill development training, so as to make them employable in the various sector”and aims at improving the employability skills of the youth girls. He further said that expert trainer Mrs. Asha Ghalavat will train the students on topics like Soft skills, Time management skills, Presentation skills, Professional skills, Email etiquettes, Resume prepration, and various other skills required to crack the interview.                                                                                 

 Parul Soni of MBA General 1st Year coordinated the training program as Program Coordinator and the coordinator  of  Batch 1 are Sujata and Muskan and from  Batch 2 -  Savita, Manisha and Kanika.
