Four Days Campus Recruitment Training programme organized for Final Year students

          The Udbhavana Club of Training and Placement Cell, Guru Jambheshwar University of Science & Technology, Hisar organized a Four-Days Campus Recruitment Training (CRT) Programme for 2023 passing out students in collaboration with Rubicon Skill Development Private Limited under Barclay's CSR initiative.  Mr. Harshwardhan Singh, Mr. Manish Arora and Mr. Nakul Baswala from Rubicon Skill Development Private Limited were the trainers in this programme. Prof. Baldev Raj Kamboj, Vice-Chancellor of the University said in his message that such programmes are very important for skill development among the students. In the present competitive era, employment is possible only on the basis of skill. Vice-Chancellor also said that the students should be motivated to become entrepreneurs. Students will become job creators instead of employed ones, which will be more useful for the nation and society.

          Prof. Avnesh Verma, Registrar also congratulated the participants.

          Partap Singh, Director Placement shared that 800 final year students had already completed this training programme in July 2022. Rest of 120 final year students of different courses have participated in three batches in this programme. The participants learnt about developing public speaking, coming out with stage fear, email writing, presentation, self-introduction, self-efficacy, Group Discussion, Interview Skills and many other things.

          Partap Singh, Director Placement appealed to the students to keep on practising all things taught in training programmes in their routine life. He motivated the students to participate in various employability enhancement programs organized by multiple clubs of Training & Placement Cell. The valedictory function of this CRT programme was organized in CRS Auditorium of the University, in which students and trainers shared their experiences.       

          Dr. Aditya Vir Singh presented a welcome address and congratulated the students for completing this personality development module.

          Arzoo Dhaka, Udbhavana Club Coordinator presented a vote of thanks. Nikita from B.Tech Printing did Anchoring. Team of volunteers led by Programme Coordinator Parul Soni coordinated the entire training programme in an efficient manner.
