CRT - 3 Valedictory Function

 UDBHAVANA Club of Training and Placement Cell organized Campus Recruitment Training for 2023 passing out students for all streams from 14th October 2022- 20th October 2022. In which 120 students from the whole university from all the branches participated. The students were divided into three batches.

The first batch began on 14th October 2022 & ended on 17 Oct 2022.The first batch was led by Trainer Mr. Harshwardhan Singh from Rubicon Pvt. Ltd. There were 50 students in batch-1, students learnt how to express themselves through various fun activities. They learnt that one should accept oneself how the almighty has made him/her, one has hidden talent that must come out publicly.

The batch 2&3 started on 17 Oct 2022 and ended up on 20th October 2022. The batch 2 was led by Trainer Mr. Manish Arora, there were 40 students in the batch-2. Students enjoyed these 4 days training, learnt how to develop public speaking, how to come out with stage fear, email writing, presentation and many more.

The batch 3 was led by Trainer Mr. Nakul Baswala, there were 30 students in this batch. Students were highly energetic after attending these 4 days of CRT, they told Nakul sir to make them realize their actual potential, delete the painful memory and replace it with happy moments of your life, and focus on doing meditation. With these 4 days students learnt grooming, self-introduction, self-efficacy, Group Discussion, Interview Skills, Public Speaking and many other things.

On the last day of Campus Recruitment Training Valedictory function was organized in seminar hall 2 of the CRS Auditorium, GJUS&T Hisar. The Assistant Director of Training and Placement Cell Dr. Aditya Vir Singh did welcome address, he mentioned all the trainers, students for their 100% efforts and making CRT a big success, Parul Soni from UDBHAVNA Club as Event coordinator introduced all the activities of CRT Program, Students from all there batches share their experience about what they learnt in CRT, students mentioned a big thanks to Training and Placement Cell for organizing CRT, they told that from day 1 to day 4 they have observed a big change in themselves and that is all because of CRT and off course the Trainers who made them realized their potential, students were happy to share that now their weakness are now diverted into their strength.

After the students experience Director of Training and Placement Cell Dr. Pratap Singh Malik addressed the students and appreciated the efforts of students and trainers for adding 7 stars to the CRT, he mentioned now our students entered into category of capable job seekers from eligible job seekers and he assured that CRT will not only help them to crack placement interviews but yes, every aspect of their life.

Ending up with Valedictory function UDBHAVNA Club coordinator Arzoo Dhaka did vote of thanks and congratulated all the students, batch coordinator, the team of volunteers and teachers for their constant support. Nikita from B.Tech Printing did Anchoring.
