On- Campus Placement Drive of Edelmann Packaging India Pvt. Ltd.

Five students of GJUST placed in Edelmann Packaging India Private Limited

          Five students of Guru Jambheshwar University of Science & Technology, Hisar have been selected in the On-Campus Placement Drive of Baddi, Himachal Pradesh based company Edelmann Packaging India Private Limited organized by the Training & Placement Cell of the University. Prof. Baldev Raj Kamboj, Vice-Chancellor of the University congratulated the selected students.

          Pratap Singh, Director Placement said that The Edelmann Group is one of the leading packaging manufacturers and system suppliers, with locations in Europe, in North and South America and in Asia. With more than 100 years of experience in the packaging industry, they have a long tradition of creating unique packaging experiences. Their core competencies are the development and production of packaging solutions for healthcare, beauty care and consumer brands. He further stated that around 20 students from Department of Printing Technology participated in the drive. The recruitment process consisted of a pre-placement talk followed by a written test and personal interview.  After all the rounds, finally, five students have been selected.

          Director Placement thanked Umesh Sahu, Operation Head, Yogesh Thakur, Head-HR and Neelam, Assistant Manager HR from Edelmann Packaging India Private Limited for conducting this drive. He also thanked Prof. Pankaj Kumar, Chairperson, Bijender Kaushik and Ankit Boora, Training Placement Coordinators of Department of Printing Technology for guiding and motivating the students.

          Dr. Aditya Vir Singh, Assistant Director told that the Annu, Mulkraj, Shubham Saini, Vaishali and Vikas of B.Tech. Printing Technology 2023 passing out batch have been selected. The placement drive was coordinated by Mulkraj of B.Tech. Printing Technology.
