Tenth Volume of Quarterly Newsletter of T&P Cell (TPC Chronicle) released

            The 10th volume of the Quarterly Newsletter of Training & Placement Cell of Guru Jambheshwar University of Science & Technology, Hisar namely TPC-CHRONICLE was released by Prof. Baldev Raj Kamboj, Vice-Chancellor.

            Prof. Baldev Raj Kamboj, Vice-Chancellor congratulated the members of the editorial board of the newsletter for regularly publishing this newsletter from the last two & half years. He said that the newsletter is an effective medium of getting connected with our present as well as potential recruiters, through which they become aware about the activities of university. 

            Prof. Avnesh Verma, Registrar also congratulated the editorial board for publishing the newsletter.  He said that various career development activities are conducted by university Training & Placement Cell through its multiple clubs like Speakathon Club, Aptitude Club, SSB Club, Entrepreneurship Club, Industry Interaction Club & UDBHAVANA Club and newsletter is best platform to record and host all such programmes.

            Partap Singh, Director of Placement Cell said that the quarterly newsletter is published by Training & Placement Cell to compile all the placement achievements along with activities, training programmes and initiatives taken by Training & Placement Cell for making the students employable and industry ready in that quarter.  He shared that alumni messages are also included in this newsletter. In this quarter 92 students got placed in 17 companies. He further said that one interview of an industry expert is also published in every edition of the newsletter, through which students come to know about various requirements and qualities sought by industry.  This time, an interview with Dr. Devender Sharma, HR of Okinava Autotech has been published. He further informed that softcopy of this newsletter is sent to more than 500 industry people in addition to all faculty members and students.

            Dr. Aditya Vir Singh, Assistant Director said that the newsletter is designed and prepared by a student editorial team consisting of  Dhruv, Yashi, Sushil, Rakesh, Jai Yadav, Nidhi, Krishna koushik and Chaitanya led by Team Coordinator Neha Khanna of B.Tech ECE 4th Year with the support of OPCs Lalita, Daksh, Simran.

GATE-2021 Qualified Students

                                          Guru Jambheshwar University of Science & Technology, Hisar March 25, 2021             Nine students of Guru Jambheshwar University of Science & Technology, Hisar have qualified the GATE (Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering) 2021 Exam., whose result has been  declared recently.
