Seminar held by Competitive Exam Club about various government exams

            The Competitive Exam Club under Training and Placement Cell, Guru Jambheshwar University of Science & Technology, Hisar organized a seminar to make students aware about the government sector examinations and their preparation strategies after graduation. Vikas Dahiya, Aptitude trainer and career counsellor, having an experience of 21 years in the education sector and having done more than 500 sessions, was the keynote speaker. Partap Singh, Director Placement presided over the function. Prof. Baldev Raj Kamboj, Vice-Chancellor congratulated the Cell for conducting such career counselling sessions, so that students may take right decisions regarding their professional careers.

            Vikas Dahiya, Speaker started his interaction with the importance of effective communication. He further shared the information and preparation strategies about various competitive exams like SSC, Banking Exams for PO as well as clerical profiles, teaching related exams like CTET, HTET, UGC-NET, armed forces related exams like CDS, AFCAT and higher studies related exams like GATE, CUET and IELT etc. He also motivated students for keep their General Knowledge up to date. He quizzed students by giving different types of questions of math’s, aptitude, logical thinking. He also motivated the students about fitness & confidence building.

            Dr. Aditya Vir Singh, Assistant Director presented the welcome address. Around 76 students were present in the seminar. Jatin, Club coordinator and Khushi, Joint Coordinator coordinated the event. The programme was ended with the national anthem.
