On- Campus Placement Drive of HDFC Bank Agri
Nine students of Guru Jambheshwar University of Science & Technology, Hisar have been selected in the On-Campus Placement Drive of “HDFC Bank Limited” organized by the Training & Placement Cell of the University. Prof. Baldev Raj Kamboj, Vice-Chancellor, and Prof. Avnesh Verma, Registrar of the University congratulated the selected students.
Pratap Singh, Director of Placement said that HDFC Bank was incorporated in August 1994 in the name of HDFC Bank Limited, with its registered office in Mumbai, India. The bank commenced operations as a Scheduled Commercial Bank in January 1995.HDFC Bank is one of India's leading private banks and was among the first to receive approval from the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) to set up a private sector bank in 1994. Today, HDFC Bank has a banking network of 5,345 branches and 14,533 ATMs spread across 2,787 cities and towns.
Director Placements congratulated HDFC Bank HR Manager Adhiswari, Vice President Mr. Balraj Brar and Amit Nauniwal, Senior Vice President Mr. Yogesh Sharma and Mr. Sandeep Panwar, Cluster Head Agri. Retail for conducting this drive. He also thanked Prof. Vinod Kumar Bishnoi, Director of Haryana School of Business, Prof. Suman Dahiya Chairperson Department of ECE, and Prof. Asha Gupta Chairperson Department of Civil Engineering & the Training Placement Coordinators Dr. Pramod, Dr. Komal Dhanda & Dr. Prerna for guiding and motivating the students. He also thanked Prof. Sanjeev, who is the Core member of the Placement Committee of the HSB department for mentoring the students.
Dr. Aditya Vir Singh, Assistant Director told that the Selected Students are Dheeraj Goyal from B. Tech Civil, Sakshi from B. Tech ECE, Mitali Priyanka from MBA General, Dimple Rani, Keshav Yogi, Renu, Deepika from MBA Finance, Veerbhan from MBA IB from 2023 passing out have been selected. The whole drive is coordinated by Karamveer from B. Tech Civil.
