Industry Interaction Program (IIP) a webinar on topic (ChatGPT and Beyond: Ethics, Transparency, and Accountability in AI)


 Seminar held by Industry Interaction Club on topic of  "ChatGPT and Beyond: Ethics, Transparency, & Accountability"


The Industry Interaction Club of Training & Placement Cell, Guru Jambheshwar University of Science &Technology, Hisar organized a seminar on the topic “ChatGPT and Beyond: Ethics, Transparency, & Accountability”.  Vice Chancellor Prof. Narsi Ram Bishnoi congratulated the Industry Interaction Club for holding the seminar on important and trending topic of ChatGPT, for technical upskilling of the students. Registrar Prof. Vinod Chhokar appealed to all students to make full use of all such programs to enhance their
employability. Director (Placement) Pratap Singh presided over the seminar.  Approx 128 students participated in the seminar.Having industrial experience of more than 17 years and currently working as Director and Co-founder of Calibyte Pvt. Ltd., Mr. Pawan Kumar was the keynote speaker. 

While addressing students in the first session, the speaker Mr. Pawan Kumar provided a captivating insight of cutting-edge technologies of Artificial Intelligence, future of AI, generative AI and ChatGPT. He discussed challenges being put by tChatGPT in terms of ethics, transparency and accountability. He suggested students to use this technology judiciously and upskill themselves accordingly. He also talked about deepfake technology, exploring its rise, challenges, and societal impacts on privacy. In the second session, He discussed robotics and their basic working, alongwith functioning of Arduino Uno, PCBs, and innovative electronic projects, gaining practical insights into their applications.

Assistant Director Dr. Aditya Vir Singh shared that more such activities wit Caliubyte Pvt Limited are planned as per MoU signed between company & university.  The event ended with a vote of thanks by Club Coordinator Sheetal. The Core team members Dipak Kumar Kaushik, Deepika Garg, Manya, Himanshu Kumar, Rohit Kumar Aman Shukla led by joint coordinator Saksham Bhayana organized the event successfully. The 6 students having done internship in Calibyte Pvt limited were also felicitated by the speaker.
