  GJUS&T student placed in leading IT company at CTC of 13.5 LPA

Guru Jambheshwar University of Science & Technology Student Secures a job at Leadventure Pvt. Ltd with a Whopping CTC of 13.5 LPA In a remarkable achievement, Vivek Kumar a B.Tech IT 2023 batch passed-out student, has successfully secured a prestigious placement with Leadventure, a leading company in software service provider, with a impressive Cost to Company (CTC) package of 13.5 Lakhs Per Annum. Vice Chancellor Prof. Narsi Ram Bishnoi congratulated Vivek for his outstanding achievement in securing placement. He underlined that the hard work and dedication of selected student has truly paid off, and the university is proud to celebrate this success as a testament to its academic excellence. Registrar Prof. Vinod Chhokar also congratulated him for getting a handsome job offer from a reputed organization. Director Placements Partap Singh said that LeadVenture, known for its commitment to innovation and excellence, selected Vivek through a rigorous recruitment process that included technical assessments, interviews, and evaluations of interpersonal skills. He stood out among a pool of 34 highly talented candidates, showcasing exceptional skills and dedication. He thanked Ms. Kajal, Head HR, Lead Venture for conducting this off-campus drive. He also congratulated Prof. O P Sangwan, Chairperson of the CSE department and Training Placement Coordinators for guiding and motivating the students. Dr. Aditya Vir Singh, Assistant Director said that Vivek's success is a testament to the effectiveness of the T&P Cell's initiatives such as Industry Interaction Programs, Coding Tests, Skill Development Workshops, Mock Interviews, GD Sessions, and Weekly Online Aptitude tests conducted by various clubs under T&P Cell, in preparing students for the challenges of the professional world. The selected student Vivek credited its success to efforts of placement cell made to enhance his skills because of which he was able to crack the interview and aptitude test of the company.
