Seminar on "My Story- Motivational Seminar by Successful Entrepreneur"

 Seminar organized by PDUIIC and E-Club on Entrepreneurship

The Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay Innovation & Incubation Centre in collaboration with Entrepreneurship club of Training & Placement cell, Guru Jambheshwar University of Science & Technology, Hisar organized a program "My Story - Motivation Session by Successful Entrepreneur", in which Founder Director of  KMA Technoware Pvt Ltd, Mr. Kuldeep Ayalki was the keynote speaker. The event was presided by Director, PDUIIC Prof. Vishal Gulati and coordinated by Director (Placement) and Institutional Innovations Council (IIC) Member Partap Singh. Approx 70 students participated in this program. Vice Chancellor Prof. Narsi Ram Bishnoi congratulated the PDUIIC for inviting successful entrepreneurs for motivating the budding entrepreneurs, so that the culture of entrepreneurship might be instilled in youth. Registrar Prof. Vinod Chokkar underlined the importance of such events and appealed to budding entrepreneur students to learn maximum from the successful entrepreneurs.

The program started with University Kulgeet followed by Welcome address by Director (Placement) & IIC Partap Singh. In his address, Director (PDUIIC) Prof. Vishal Gulati underlined the importance of Entrepreneurship. He said that Entrepreneurship is all about being creative, solving problems, and learning from experiences, whether they are successes or challenges. He further said that Entrepreneurs play a key role in driving economic growth and bringing new products and services to the market.

While addressing the students, Mr. Kuldeep Ayalki shared his Entrepreneurial journey. He highlighted how to start and stand in the market  & get clients for the company and also about the challenges that he faced during their journey from an  employee working in a company to director of an IT firm . He defined entrepreneurship in three points - Persistence, resilience and Adaptability. He also gave advice to students to connect  with people of similar interest and with alumnis for becoming successful entrepreneur. He also underlined the importance of team work for getting success in entrepreneurship. The Management Counstanat Mr. Manmohan from KMA Technoware Pvt Ltd also addressed the students and guided students to mark and learn from the mistakes. The session was followed by a Question Answer session also.

Entrepreneurship Club Coordinator Roshni and Joint Coordinator Dhruv coordinated the whole event along with core team members ,Rashi, Raj Kumar, Nishant, Yug  & Arun. Club joint Coordinator Dhruv presented Vote of thanks.
