Director (Placement) Dr. Partap Malik said that the placement process began with a online pre-placement talk in T&P Cell Seminar Hall, in which company HR Manager Mr. Vasu Mohan Mittal & Mr. Samir Modi briefed the students about the company followed by a written test, Technical and HR interview. Around 44 students from the Printing Department participated in this drive. All ten students were selected on the CTC of 9 LPA.
The director (Placement) thanked Dr. Pankaj Kumar, Chairperson of the Printing Department, and Dr. Bijender Kaushik Training Placement Coordinator, for guiding and motivating the students. Dr. Ankit Boora, Assistant Professor in the Printing department was also present.
Dr. Pankaj Kumar, Chairperson of the Printing Department shared that AmulFed Dairy is building a new automated milk production facility, which is expected to be Amulfed's biggest dairy processing plant upon completion. Formerly known as Mother Dairy, Amul Fed Dairy is a unit of Gujarat Cooperative Milk Marketing Federation (GCMMF) based in Gujarat, India. As India's no. 1 automated Dairy plant with milk handling capacity 50 lakh litre per day, annual sales turnover is more than Rs. 8000/- Crore. They manufacture and market milk and milk products under the brand name of “AMUL’ and “SAGAR’. The plastic packaging material for the packaging of liquid milk is being manufactured in the state of art technology plant.
Dr. Aditya Vir Singh, Assistant Director said that the Selected Students are Ankur Kirori, Gurpreet Singh, Kunal, Mohit, Ravi, Ankit Kumar, Anvee Kapoor, Chandan, Nidhi, Yashi Gupta (PTG) 2024 passing out. The placement drive was coordinated by Abhi Verma from B.Tech (PKG).
