Fifteen days Aptitude Training Program (ATP) organized by TIME Institute Hisar, in Collabration with Aptitide Club of T & P Cell
Prof. Narsi Ram Bishnoi, the Vice-Chancellor of the University, commended the Training & Placement cell for organizing such a beneficial event. He emphasized the importance of such programs in equipping students with essential employability skills necessary for their future careers. Encouraging the students, he stressed the significance of continuous learning in navigating the corporate world successfully.
Addressing the audience as the chief guest, Prof. Sanjeev Aseem advocated for the frequent organization of such programs for the holistic development of students. He highlighted the correlation between continuous effort and success, urging students to persistently work towards enhancing their aptitude skills. Prof. Aseem also shed light on the relevance of aptitude skills across various career domains. Prof. N.K. Bishnoi, the guest of honor, also shared his insightful perspective on the evolution of today's world and the essential qualities required for survival and growth in contemporary society. He emphasized the importance of adaptability, critical thinking, and resilience in navigating the complexities of the modern era. His words resonated with the audience, providing valuable insights into the dynamic nature of the professional landscape and the skills needed to thrive in it.
Director (Placement) Dr. Partap Malik elucidated the significance of aptitude tests in recruitment processes, emphasizing the need to prepare students adequately for such assessments. He said that Aptitude tests is present in almost every recruitment/admission process ranging from Campus Placements, government jobs, CAT/GATE/UGC-NET/CSAT etc, it was decided to give a platform to our Pre-Final Year B.Tech students, where they can be trained about major subjects of Aptitude Tests. So that they are well-equipped in their final year to face all such competitions. Hence, the 15-day Aptitude Training Program was meticulously designed to cover a wide range of topics including Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning, English, and General Knowledge. The experienced trainers from T.I.M.E like Mr. Pankaj Chaudhary, Mr. Rajnish, Mr. Deepanshu Rathi, Mr. Ravinder Singh & Mr. Jatin imparted the training to over 500 B.Tech 3rd Year students who enrolled in the program.
Student batch coordinators Hardik & Prince, Pratibha & Aayush, Rohit Hooda, Pankaj & Rohit and Rakesh Jha, Khushi Gupta & Vaishnavi, under the leadership of Program Coordinator Deepak and Joint Coordinator Sadaf, efficiently managed the four batches. Their dedication and efforts were duly acknowledged as they received certificates from the distinguished guests for their exceptional organization of the event.
The training culminated with an online test conducted on March 8th, facilitated by the T.I.M.E platform, where 408 students participated. Pritam Sharma secured the 1st position, followed by Gurmeet and Yuvish Taneja in 2nd and 3rd place respectively. The entire event was flawlessly managed and anchored by Rakesh and Sadaf, leaving a lasting impression on all attendees.
