 Seven students of Printing Department placed in Japanese MNC & fourth-largest global ink manufacturer - Toyo Ink India Pvt. Ltd.

Seven students of Printing Technology Department of Guru Jambheshwar University of Science & Technology, Hisar have been selected in the On-Campus Placement Drive of Noida based Toyo Ink India Pvt. Ltd. organized by the Training & Placement Cell of the University. While congratulating the selected students, Vice Chancellor Prof. Narsi Ram Bishnoi said that the Department of Printing Technology of the university, through its market-oriented curriculum and training, is committed towards providing a skilled workforce for the corporate. Registrar Prof. Vinod Chhokar also congratulated the selected students & their parents.

During Pre-Placement Talk, General Manager - HR Ravi Venkatraman told that Toyo Ink India Pvt. Ltd, a subsidiary of 120 years old artience Toyo Ink group, has started its footprints in India in 2007 with an idea to link together the Group's business activities through science-based methodologies and innovative ideas. He underlined that the company is a leading manufacturer of inks and allied products that cater varied and customized requirements of various customers. Since its inception, Toyo Ink Group has been one of the largest ink and specialty chemical manufacturers in the world. The main products of the companies are adhesives, pigments, resins to inks, plastic colorants and packaging printing & coating etc.

Director (Placement) Dr. Partap Singh told that in the said placement drive, 27 students of Printing Technology department participated. The complete recruitment process of Toyo Ink India Pvt. Ltd.  consisted of Pre-Placement talk followed by  Aptitude Cum Technical Test, Technical Interviews and HR interviews. He thanked officials of company including Business head Shekhar Barua, Business Unit Head Inderjit Singh Aidhen, General Manager - Technical Ram Kumar, Manager - HR & Admin Rakesh Rathor, General Manager - HR Ravi Venkatraman & Senior Manager HR & Admin Neha Chaudhary for visiting university for campus placement. He also thanked chairpersons Dr.. Pankaj Kumar of Printing Technology department and Training Placement Coordinator Dr. Bijender Kaushik  for guiding and motivating the students.

Dr. Aditya Vir Singh, Assistant Director said that students Nikhil kumar, Navdeep, Monu B.Tech of B.Tech Printing, Rohit kumar, M Sri lohitha, Pokala. Nagakrishnaveni, Faisal Ansari from B.Tech Packaging got selected with a CTC of 4.0 LPA. The placement drive was coordinated by Nikhil Kumar of Printing Technology Department.
