 Sixteen B.Tech students of CSE, IT & ECE courses of Guru Jambheshwar University of Science & Technology have been selected in the top IT company Tata Consultancy Services.

While congratulating the selected students, Vice Chancellor Prof. Narsi Ram Bishnoi expressed that the NAAC A+ Accredited Guru Jambheshwar University of Science & Technology continues to uphold its commitment to excellence in education and student development, which has been expressed in form of selection of its 16 students in top IT company like TCS. It reflects the university's dedication to holistic student development, emphasizing its comprehensive grooming activities that prepare students for both professional excellence and personal growth. He expressed hope that selected students will keep the flag of university high in the company. Registrar, Prof. Vinod Chhokar also extended congratulations to students, their family members and faculty members for this success.

Dean (FET) Prof. Sandeep Arya shared that Tata Consultancy Services is a renowned IT services, consulting, and business solutions organization that has been partnering with many of the world’s largest businesses in their transformation journeys for over 50 years. He further said that our students have been going to TCS from last many years continuously.

Dr. Pratap Singh, Director (Placement) said that selection by TCS has been done through its TCS National Qualifier Test (NQT) hiring process, which took place in two steps. In the first round, the Online Aptitude & Coding test was conducted and in the second round for the TCS Ninja & Digital profile, a Technical, Management & HR interview was given by the students. Out of the 16 selected students, 10 students have been offered the TCS Ninja profile with the CTC of 3.3 LPA, and 6 students have been offered the TCS Digital profile with the CTC of 7 LPA.

Director Placements thanked Tejasvini Singh, HR of Tata Consultancy Services for conducting this recruitment process. He congratulated and thanked Prof. Om Parkash Sangwan Chairperson of  CSE department & Prof. Suman Dahiya,  Chairperson of  Electrical and Electronics Engineering department, for guiding and motivating the students.

Dr. Aditya Vir Singh, Assistant Director told that the students Aman Verma, Sachin Nain, Sahil Lohan, Saurabh Jain from B.Tech (CSE); Gautam Jain from B.Tech (IT) & Richa Mathur from B.Tech (ECE) have been selected for TCS digital profile with CTC of 7 LPA,  focusing on cutting-edge technologies and digital transformation projects of TCS. He further shared that students Ankit Yadav, Pankaj Gupta, Rohit Goyal, Vivek Gupta from B.Tech (CSE),  & Manjeet Rawat from B.Tech (IT), Nitya Goyal,Sunny Agarwal, Tushar,  & Subhangam Dey from B.Tech (ECE)  have got the TCS Ninja profile for Tata Consultancy Services from 2024 passing. Students have been offered TCS Ninja Profile with CTC of 3.3 LPA. Tejavi Yadav of MCA coordinated the entire recruitment process as Student coordinator.
