On- Campus Placement Drive of Uflex Limited

Five students of Guru Jambheshwar University of Science & Technology, Hisar have been selected in the On-Campus Placement Drive of Noida based Uflex Limited. organized by the Training & Placement Cell of the University. While congratulating the selected students, Vice Chancellor Prof. Narsi Ram Bishnoi said that GJUS&T through its state-of-the-art courses as well as infrastructure is committed towards providing a skilled workforce for the corporate. Registrar Prof. Vinod Chhokar also congratulated the selected students.

During Pre-Placement Talk, HR Anshul Sharma told that Uflex Limited is an India’s largest multinational in flexible packaging materials & solutions and a global polymer sciences corporation. Since its inception in 1985, UFlex has evolved into an over US$ 1bn entity and created a presence across all verticals of the packaging value chain – Flexible Packaging, Packaging Films, Aseptic Liquid Packaging, Holography, Cylinders, Engineering and Chemicals. Headquartered in Noida in India, UFlex enjoys a global reach with sophisticated manufacturing facilities for packaging across various key cities in India with a cumulative production capacity of 1,35,000 TPA. Its global packaging films subsidiary FLEXFILMS International has state of the art plants in multiple locations globally - UAE, Mexico, India, Egypt, USA, Poland, Russia, Hungary & Nigeria – at a cumulative production capacity of 4,65,000 TPA and more packaging films plants coming up soon in South of India.

Director (Placement) Dr. Partap Singh told that in the said placement drive, 18 students of department of Printing Technology participated. The complete recruitment process of Uflex Limited consisted of Pre-Placement talk followed by offline Test comprising of Aptitude Test, Communication,), Technical Interviews and HR interviews. He thanked officials Mr. Anshul Sharma from Uflex Limited for conducting this drive for GJUS&T students and chairperson Dr. Pankaj Tiwari and Training & Placement Coordinator Dr. Bijender Kaushik for motivating and preparing the students for placement.

 

Dr. Aditya Vir Singh, Assistant Director said that Mehak, Vinay, Deeksha & Nitima Chadha B.Tech (PTG) & Pintu Kumar B.Tech (PTG) have been selected with CTC of 4.5 LPA. The placement drive was coordinated by Mehak of B.Tech (PTG).
