On- Campus Placement Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL)
One student from the MBA General (HR) program at Guru Jambheshwar University of Science and Technology (GJUS&T), Hisar, has secured placements at Bharat Electronics Ltd. (BEL) during an On-Campus Placement Drive organized by the University’s Training & Placement Cell.
Extending his heartfelt congratulations to the selected students, Vice-Chancellor Prof. Narsi Ram Bishnoi expressed immense pride in their accomplishment. He highlighted that GJUS&T, with its dynamic curriculum and state-of-the-art infrastructure, is dedicated to shaping competent, self-assured, and industry-ready professionals. He further remarked that regular placements in esteemed organizations such as Bharat Electronics Ltd. (BEL) underscore the university’s growing reputation in both academic and corporate domains. Registrar Dr. Vijay Kumar also conveyed his warm wishes and congratulations to the successful students.
During the pre-placement session, Mr. K. Ramu, HR Manager at Bharat Electronics Ltd. (BEL), gave an insightful presentation about the organization. He highlighted that Bharat Electronics Ltd. (BEL) is an Indian Government-owned aerospace and defence electronics company. It primarily manufactures advanced electronic products for ground and aerospace applications. BEL is one of sixteen PSUs under the Ministry of Defence of India
Dr. Partap Singh, Director (Placement), shared that 5 students from the MBA (General) with HR as Major program participated in the selection process, which comprised a pre-placement talk, online test, and personal interviews. He extended his sincere thanks to Mr. Indran Jayandran, General Manager, Ms. Abha Shrivastava Mathur, Sr. DGM, Mr. Jitender, Manager, and Mr. K. Ramu HR Manager from Bharat Electronics Ltd. (BEL) for conducting the recruitment process. He also acknowledged the continuous support of Prof. Vinod Kumar, Director of the Haryana School of Business, along with Dr. Pramod, Dr. Prerna, Dr. Komal Dhanda, and Dr. Pooja (Training and Placement Coordinator), for their efforts in guiding and motivating the students. The student has been selected with the CTC of 12 LPA
Dr. Aditya Vir Singh, Assistant Director (Placement), informed that the selected student is Alish from MBA GEN (HR) 2025, passing out. The drive was successfully coordinated and managed by Ashima from MBA GEN (HR) 2025 passing out.
