Orientation Session on HackWithInfy 2025 Organized at GJUS&T


 An orientation session on HackWithInfy 2025, the prestigious national-level coding competition to be organized by Infosys, was successfully held today in Seminar Hall-1 of Ch. Ranbir Singh Auditorium at Guru Jambheshwar University of Science and Technology (GJUS&T), Hisar. The event was jointly organized by the Training and Placement Cell and the Department of Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) to inform and motivate pre-final year students about this valuable career opportunity.


Vice Chancellor, Prof. Narsi Ram Bishnoi, congratulated the CSE Department and Training and Placement Cell for organizing this impactful session. He appreciated the efforts to provide career-oriented guidance to students and encouraged all to participate with sincerity and commitment.

Prof. O.P. Sangwan, Chairperson of the Department of CSE was  the Chief Guest of the event.  He appealed to all Pre-Final Year students of B,Tech, M,Tech and MCA programs to register and prepare sincerely for HackWithInfy, emphasizing that such platforms offer opportunities for better roles and higher salary packages. He also announced that the CSE Department will organize dedicated preparation classes for HackWithInfy to help students perform their best.

Dr. Partap Singh, Director (Placement), welcomed the attendees and emphasized that Infosys is seeking a large number of quality programmers, and HackWithInfy is an excellent chance for deserving students. He shared that the HackWithInfy 2025 test is scheduled for July 12–13, 2025, and will include three coding questions. Infosys offers three profiles through this competition: System Engineer (SE) with a CTC of ₹3.6 LPA, Digital Specialist Engineer (DSE) with ₹6.25 LPA, and Specialist Programmer (SP) with ₹9.5 LPA. He encouraged students to grab this opportunity to not only build their own careers but also contribute to the university’s industry recognition.

Dr. Jai Bhagwan, Training & Placement Coordinator, delivered an informative presentation on the importance of HackWithInfy, its syllabus, test pattern, and structure. He informed that the test will consist of three coding questions aimed at evaluating programming skills and problem-solving ability. Program Coordinators Chaavi and Chaitanya clearly explained the registration process and shared preparation strategies and timelines.

The session was attended by faculty members including Dr. Anju Sangwan, Dr. Pawan, Dr. Bindu, and Dr. Narender Kumar, who motivated the students and appreciated the initiative.

Dr. Aditya Vir Singh, Assistant Director (T&P) shared that this program was coordinated by a team consisting of Chhavi Sagar (B.Tech IT), Sejal (B.Tech CSE), Chaitanya (B.Tech ME), Ayush Mohit (B.Tech EE), Kartikay Saini (B.Tech CSE), Vishal (B.Tech IT), and Punit Verma. The event was smoothly anchored by Sejal (B.Tech CSE).

The orientation concluded with high enthusiasm and a positive outlook, motivating students to register, prepare, and aim high through HackWithInfy 2025.
