Off-Campus Placement Drive Instant Procurements Services


 Four B.Tech. Students from GJUS&T Placed in Reputed Company Instant Procurement Services Pvt. Ltd.

Four final-year B.Tech. Students of Guru Jambheshwar University of Science and Technology (GJUS&T), Hisar, have secured placement at Instant Procurement Services Pvt. Ltd. during an on-campus placement drive organized by the University’s Training and Placement Cell.

Congratulating the selected students, Hon’ble Vice-Chancellor Prof. Narsi Ram Bishnoi expressed great pride in their accomplishment. He emphasized that the University’s industry-focused curriculum and state-of-the-art infrastructure play a crucial role in equipping students with the skills required to excel in the corporate world. He added that the steady placement of students in reputed organizations like Instant Procurement reflects GJUS&T’s growing prominence in both academic and professional spheres. Registrar Dr. Vijay Kumar also extended his heartfelt congratulations to the students, appreciating their dedication and commitment.

As part of the recruitment process, HR officials from Instant Procurement Services conducted an informative pre-placement session to familiarize students with the company’s work culture, values, and operational model. They shared insights about the organization, stating that ProcMart is India’s leading B2B Marketplace specialising in MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations) and Indirect Procurement for manufacturing and service-based organisations. They provide a unified platform to streamline all indirect purchases, ensuring quality, transparency, and operational efficiency. Backed by IndiaMART, they serve a wide client base, including Colgate-Palmolive, Mondelez International, PepsiCo, Kellogg’s, DIAGEO, Samsung, and several other top-tier organisations.

Dr. Partap Singh, Director (Placement), informed that a total of 44 students from the B.Tech. Printing & Packaging program participated in the comprehensive selection process, which comprised a pre-placement talk followed by personal interviews. He conveyed his sincere gratitude to the HR team of Instant Procurement for conducting the campus drive at GJUS&T. He congratulated and acknowledged the cooperation and support of the Chairperson, Prof. Vandana Gupta, faculty members, and departmental Training & Placement Coordinators.

Dr. Aditya Vir Singh, Assistant Director (Placement), announced that the selected students are Nikita, Pratibha, and Sonam from the B.Tech. PTG and Abhishek Singh from B.Tech. PKG. He also mentioned that the drive was successfully coordinated by Abhishek Singh
